Terms & Conditions

1. About us

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of firstaiddoctor.com and the purchase of training services from First Aid Doctor, a trading name of Saludable Limited.

By enquiring about, booking or attending a course, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and confirmation

2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from First Aid Doctor.

2.2 A booking is not confirmed until you have received written confirmation by email.

2.3 By submitting a booking you confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organisation where applicable.

3. Pricing and payment

3.1 All prices are quoted per group unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

3.2 Prices are based on the number of delegates confirmed at the time of booking, up to the maximum stated for each course.

3.3 Additional venue costs may apply where training is delivered at a venue arranged by First Aid Doctor. These will be communicated in advance.

3.4 Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. First Aid Doctor reserves the right to withhold certification until full payment has been received.

3.5 Prices are subject to change. Any change will be communicated before a booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

By the client:

4.1 Cancellations must be notified in writing to info@firstaiddoctor.com.

4.2 The following cancellation charges apply:

4.3 Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before the course date will be accommodated where possible at no additional charge, subject to availability.

4.4 Rescheduling requests made fewer than 7 days before the course date will be treated as a cancellation.

By First Aid Doctor:

4.5 First Aid Doctor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course in exceptional circumstances, including trainer illness, adverse weather or events beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

4.6 First Aid Doctor is not liable for any consequential costs arising from a cancellation, including travel, accommodation or loss of earnings.

5. Delegates

5.1 The client is responsible for ensuring all delegates are fit to participate in practical first aid training, which involves physical activity including kneeling, performing CPR compressions and floor-based exercises.

5.2 Any medical conditions or mobility restrictions that may affect participation should be disclosed to First Aid Doctor prior to the course date.

5.3 First Aid Doctor reserves the right to exclude any delegate whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or unsafe.

5.4 Substitution of delegates is permitted at any time prior to the course date.

6. Certification

6.1 Certificates are issued by FAIB upon successful completion of the practical assessment. First Aid Doctor cannot guarantee certification to any individual delegate.

6.2 Certificates will be issued following receipt of full payment.

6.3 First Aid Doctor accepts no liability for any consequence arising from a delegate’s failure to achieve certification.

7. Intellectual property

7.1 All content on firstaiddoctor.com — including text, images, course materials and branding — is the property of First Aid Doctor and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1 First Aid Doctor’s total liability to the client in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total fee paid for that booking.

8.2 First Aid Doctor is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the provision of training services.

8.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

First Aid Doctor reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available at firstaiddoctor.com/terms.
